This is very short notice and it's in Copenhagen, but just in case anyone is planning to be in Denmark this week, the use of PVC for medical consumables is certainly of relevance to dialysis patients as well as to recipients of blood transfusions. PVC has been phased out of a number of medical devices because of its harmful effects on health and on the environment.
