Harry Rutter

Academic public health physician, based at the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine.

After several years working as a doctor Harry trained in public health medicine. He was director of the National Obesity Observatory from 2007-2011, at which point he moved to the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine. He has expertise in obesity and its determinants, transport and health, and complex systems approach to the generation and use of public health evidence, among several other areas of interest.
