Position description:

We are looking for a dynamic individual with leadership and management experience to contribute to our work supporting the integration of sustainability into healthcare organisations. The appointee will lead and manage CSH’s Clinical Transformation Programme, helping to accelerate the adoption of sustainable healthcare as a core dimension of healthcare management and practice.

Responsibilities

  • Manage team members, support their development and assure the quality of their work
  • Oversee the delivery and evaluation of projects by team members, including:
    • Sustainability in Quality Improvement Education
    • Green Ward Competion
    • Sustainable Specialties fellowships, scholarships and demonstration projects
    • Ongoing development of CSH Networks and case library
  • Review and update CSH’s project management systems for consistency and efficiency
  • Assist with project planning and initiation
  • Assist with development of project proposals
  • Contribute to programme evaluation and ongoing development

Further areas of work will be negotiated according to the needs of CSH and the skills and knowledge of the successful candidate, on appointment. For example:

  • Work with academic partners to evaluate CSH programmes and understand how transformation to sustainable healthcare may be brought about
  • Communicate impacts of CSH’s Clinical Transformation programme nationally and internationally
  • Teach on CSH course workshops
