About the role
The Centre for Sustainable Healthcare (CSH) is seeking a dynamic Lead Facilitator to join our Education Team. As one of two Lead Facilitators in the team, you will co-lead the facilitation of educational workshops, both online and in-person, for healthcare professionals across the UK. You will take lead responsibility for the Net Zero Leadership programme, and the content review process for our education and training materials. With the second Lead Facilitator, you will be responsible for the induction, training and development of the external facilitators who help to deliver CSH workshops (who work as independent contractors). You will support the second Lead Facilitator with analysis and evaluation of our education portfolio, to demonstrate the impact of our work on healthcare practice.
Your expertise will support the development and delivery of sustainable healthcare initiatives across the UK, empowering healthcare workers with the tools and knowledge to integrate sustainability into their practice. Based remotely with monthly travel to Oxford, this is an incredible opportunity to be part of a mission-driven team that is shaping the future of sustainable healthcare.
At CSH, we’re driven by our commitment to climate action, social justice, and improving health outcomes for all. As a Lead Facilitator, you will be at the forefront of transforming healthcare, working with professionals across various settings, and collaborating with experts to ensure the ongoing success of our educational programmes. You will create impactful learning materials, evaluate course effectiveness, and promote our sustainable healthcare initiatives. With a competitive salary, a flexible working environment, and the opportunity to contribute to a groundbreaking movement, this role offers the perfect platform for an experienced healthcare educator who wants to make a meaningful difference in the world.
CSH values the well-being of its employees, offering a supportive environment, flexible working patterns, and a range of staff benefits like online yoga classes, a book group, and more. If you are passionate about sustainable healthcare and looking for a rewarding, impactful role, this is your chance to make a difference!
