About the role
Join the Centre for Sustainable Healthcare (CSH) as the Green Team Delivery Lead and be a key player in our mission to integrate sustainability into healthcare systems. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with NHS Trusts and healthcare providers to manage and deliver our flagship Green Team Competition, a clinical engagement programme aimed at driving sustainability through innovative projects. By mentoring teams, organising workshops, and evaluating the competition’s impact, you’ll directly contribute to fostering a culture of sustainability within healthcare organisations. Your expertise in clinical practice and leadership will help healthcare teams plan and implement sustainability projects that not only save resources but also improve long-term outcomes.
As the Green Team Delivery Lead, you will play a critical role in shaping CSH’s Clinical Transformation Programme, working closely with various teams and key individuals, including our Sustainability in Quality Improvement (SusQI) Programme Lead and Sustainability Analyst.
In this fixed-term, one-year position, you will gain the flexibility of remote work with occasional travel to meetings in Oxford, London, and other UK locations. The role offers an excellent opportunity for career development, with the possibility of transitioning to a permanent position. CSH values the well-being of its employees, offering a supportive environment, flexible working patterns, and a range of staff benefits like online yoga classes, a book group, and more. If you are passionate about sustainable healthcare and looking for a rewarding, impactful role, this is your chance to make a difference!
