We're hiring! Project Officer for Clinical Transformation Programme

The Centre for Sustainable Healthcare works to equip healthcare professionals with tools for sustainable models of care. We are looking for a practical and organised person with excellent interpersonal and project management skills to support our work. As our Projects Officer, you will play an integral role in ensuring projects within the team run smoothly and to time. You will liaise with external partners from healthcare organisations to facilitate joint working, arrange and manage meetings, and build strong relationships. You will work closely with the CSH programme leads, as well as external partners and funders.

  • 4-5 days per week, £29,000 pro rata
  • Remote working with travel to monthly meetings in Oxford

Responsibilities

  1. Assist the delivery of projects through managing project records, assisting with reporting and managing partner relationships
  2. Utilise significant personal initiative to deal with project issues on behalf of the responsible project manager, taking appropriate action to ensure urgent issues are dealt with suitably
  3. Provide administrative support for project managers within the CSH Clinical Transformation Programme, including responsibility for tracking and invoicing of orders for the team
  4. Act as the first point of contact for enquiries from partners and stakeholders
  5. Correspond with partners and maintain strong partner relationships
  6. Assist with scheduling of meetings, note taking, minute writing and tracking actions
  7. Update online content on the CSH website and CSH networks platform
  8. Assist with communications, promotion, and marketing
  9. Undertake additional administrative tasks for the CSH team as required
  10. Ensure all aspects of confidentiality and information governance relating to projects, processes and systems comply with organisational policy
